4. Report Authenticity
All authentic AIG Laboratory reports come with a unique report number and security features. You can verify the authenticity of a report using our online "Verify a Report" tool. AIG Laboratory reserves the right to refuse service or invalidate a report if there is suspicion of tampering or fraud.
5. User Responsibilities
When submitting items for testing, the client is responsible for ensuring the item is adequately insured. The client agrees that AIG Laboratory is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items while in transit to or from our laboratory, or while in our possession, beyond the limits of our standard liability coverage.
